GREAT STRIDES is the CF Foundation’s largest fund-raising event. It provides opportunities for all people within a local community to get involved forming teams through their workplace, through clubs and organizations or with friends and family. Walk day is a fun, family-oriented celebration that includes a healthy 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) walk, Kids’ Corner activities, food, and festivities that participants look forward to year after year.

GREAT STRIDES: Taking Steps to Cure Cystic Fibrosis is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest national fund-raising event. Tens of thousands of co-workers, friends and family come together each year as one community for one cause... to help find a cure for CF. In 2007, more than $34 million was raised to support vital CF programs.
