Anyone to whom you show your card, or give your Login and PIN, will have access to view and print your account and medical information. However, if they attempt to view any personal account information (name, address, billing information, credit card number, etc.), they will be prompted to answer your Security Question. Only you should know the answer to this question. The answer will not appear on your MedsFile.com customer ID card or any of your MedsFile.com online or printed materials.
This system has uniquely been designed so your information remains anonymous in the hands of unauthorized parties should you lose your Customer ID Card. Neither the Customer ID Card, the words on your main account screen, nor any printouts off the main account screen will feature any personally identifying information about you. They will only refer to you by your login number.
