Detailed Description

We need a talented individual to fill the role of Strategic Account Representative for MedsFile.com. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer base.

Service E-business customers answering questions and resolving problems with electronic data interchange activities.

You will review member sales data to ensure accounts are maximizing on contract opportunities. You will be creating monthly and quarterly reports, analyze the data for discrepancies and make recommendations to increase profitability to MedsFile.com and our customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

Must have advanced excel skills including Pivot tables, V-Lookups and the ability to learn new programs and applications.

Requires expert analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to sort through complex issues and conduct comparative analysis and validation of sales data.

Interpret internal data and its impact to our accounts, make recommendations to our customers

Ability to produce quarterly reports, prepare statistical and written analysis with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

Will interact with various departments to troubleshoot discrepancies, prioritize linkage and ensure proper documentation is in place.

Ability to adapt to change, multi-task and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

BA/BS and 2+ years business experience required.

Knowledge of more advanced hardware and software functionality including, but not limited to, Bulletin Board Systems and electronic claims Clearinghouses.

Knowledge of basic PC hardware, PC computer desktop productivity tools/applications (Microsoft, Lotus,), desktop operating systems (DOS, Windows 3,X, Windows 95, NT 4.0) TSO/ISPF, VTAM, CICS, Super session, electronic claims clearinghouse functions; problem tracking systems, call management procedures and practices, and production batch processing environment, etc.

Excellent problem solving processes analysis, communication and people skills.

Strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve a variety of issues.

Good understanding of basic transaction management and EDI business processes.
