Mark Holland, Founder and CIO

Named Business to Business' June 2008 Leader To Watch, Mark founded MedsFile.com in July, 2004. In the early years, he ran and operated the business himself while building the consumer portal that is MedsFile.com. He created the company’s name and familiar logo.

Prior to founding MedsFile.com, Mark was President and Owner of Kiwi Pictures, a Web design, graphics and video editing firm. Mark has nearly 14 years of programming, Web, and graphic design experience. He has worked for clients such as Delta Air Lines, and the PGA of America.

Mark is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy including setting goals, monitoring work and evaluating results to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Developing key relationships, strategic partnerships, and managing sales and account management teams is a vital function of this role. In addition, Mark manages the company's marketing and PR efforts. He also runs the MedsFile.com Blog.

In addition to Mark’s professional achievements, Mark has led significant philanthropic projects. One of these is his effort to honor Atlanta Thrasher Dan Snyder, a young hockey player who died of injuries sustained in a car crash in 2003.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Georgia State University Robinson School of Business.

Dr. Jeffrey J. Albert, MD, Medical Director

As Medical Director, Dr. Jeffrey Albert is responsible for helping to develop the MedsFile.com consumer PHR and professional Provider Portal from a physician’s perspective. His areas of expertise are sports medicine and arthroscopy, shoulder and knee surgery, knee and hip replacement, and general orthopedics. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the National Board of Medical Examiners. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Albert practices at Resurgens Orthopaedics, Georgia’s largest orthopedic practice, as well as at Roswell Surgery Center and North Fulton Regional Hospital. He graduated from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 1984, trained as a fellow at Orthopedic Research of Virginia, and fulfilled his residency at Akron General Medical Center, in Ohio.

Pamela Holland, CFO

Pamela has over 35 years of experience working with an international management consulting firm. Her tenure includes working in the disciplines of Health and Welfare, Strategy and Organization, Benefit Administration and Asset Consulting, and Retirement Consulting and Project Management.

As CFO, Pamela is the senior corporate officer who leads a staff which is responsible for the financial planning and record-keeping for the company. She oversees the financial appropriations and expenditures of the organization, and monitors all financial activities. She is charged with fiduciary responsibility, and is responsive to shareholders and regulatory boards.
