ATLANTA (April 1, 2009) - MedsFile.com, a private and secure web-based service that allows consumers to create and build their own online personal health record, announced today its new executive management team to accelerate the Company’s growth.

The new management team members are:

Richard Griffiths, incoming Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Griffiths has more than 13 years of experience in the healthcare EDI and Technology arena including 10 years at WebMD. He was founder and owner of RCG Real Estate investment. In addition, Rick was a managing partner in ABC, Inc. a multi-location restaurant chain sold in 2004 for 10 million dollars. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he is responsible for all operational aspects of the organization, including building viable operations teams, products, services and departments to support technical aspects of the organization.

Alester Spears, recently appointed President and member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Spears is a veteran Sales & Marketing Executive who has demonstrated success at leading and building world-class sales and marketing teams nationwide for several prominent health care EDI technology companies. In his over 14 years of experience, he has excelled at developing strategic alliances and partnerships. Alester’s tenure within the health care technology arena has included leadership roles at Envoy, CareInsite, WebMD, MedUnite, ProxyMed and most recently MedAvant.

Mark Holland, MedsFile.com’s Founder, will serve as CIO and member of the Board of directors.

Named Business to Business Magazine’s June 2008 Leader To Watch, Mr. Holland founded MedsFile.com in July, 2004. In the early years, he ran and operated the business himself while building the consumer portal that is MedsFile.com. Prior to founding MedsFile.com, Mark was President and Owner of Kiwi Pictures, a Web design, graphics and video editing firm. Mark has nearly 13 years of programming, Web, and graphic design experience. He has worked for clients such as Delta Air Lines, and the PGA of America. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Georgia State University Robinson School of Business.

Pamela Holland will serve as MedsFile.com CFO.

Pamela has over 35 years of experience working with an international management consulting firm. Her tenure includes working in the disciplines of Health and Welfare, Strategy and Organization, Benefit Administration and Asset Consulting, and Retirement Consulting and Project Management.

The team plans to implement immediately the following strategic initiatives:

Partnership Opportunities with medical data sourcing companies to enhance the company’s strong medical records’ database.

Reselling VAR Alliances with Practice Management Systems (PMS) vendors, Electronic Medical Records(EMR) vendors and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) to resell its patient check-in/data capture product.

Website Upgrades in order to accommodate new varying data and medical data information.

Future Product Releases to cement the stage for more integrations, partnerships, data element enhancements and robust customer portal.
