I have several MedsFile.com customer identification cards for family members. Other than recognizing the Login and PIN, how can I tell which card is for whom?
The plastic cards feature a textured white strip on the back called the "Notes Box" (See picture above). We recommend you write some vague information on that panel in order to distinguish each card. Pens tend to smear, so we highly recommend you write with a marker. You could write the patient's first name, initials, or birth month and year. We recommend you write something that will not identify you in the event your card gets into the hands of unauthorized parties.

What if I lose my customer identification card?
Don’t worry! Our service is designed to keep you anonymous to all unauthorized users. If you happen to lose your card and a stranger logs into your account, your information will still be safe! Your name and address is not listed on your card or on your main MedsFile.com account screen. Also, without knowing the answer to your security question (which is not listed on your plastic card) a stranger will not be able to edit any of your medical information, nor be able to view your name and address through your account.
To order a replacement card, log into your MedsFile.com account, click the link in red on the upper-right of the screen titled "Order Additional Plastic Customer ID Cards." For each additional card you order, your credit card on file will be automatically billed a $2 processing fee to your credit card on file.
