The MedsFile.com Medical ID Card

What does the medical ID card I receive with my account look like?

I have several MedsFile.com medical ID card cards for family members.  Other than recognizing the Login and PIN, how can I tell which medical ID card is for whom?

The medical ID cards feature a textured white strip on the back called the "Notes Box" (See picture above).  We recommend you write some vague information on that panel in order to distinguish each card.  Pens tend to smear, so we highly recommend you write with a marker. You could write the patient's first name, initials, or birth month and year.  We recommend you write something that will not identify you in the event your card gets into the hands of unauthorized parties.
