I remember thinking when I was filling in all of my information initially, that perhaps your program wasn't set up for as much information I had to enter. Previously, I had to write all this information through Microsoft Word on a small wallet size card, front and back, and shrink the font so small one could barely read any of the information. Oh and when a change took place, I had to start all over and do the entire process all over again. Each time there's a problem with an organ or a new organ, that's one more specialist I must go and see."
